Christine Chang, MHA - Senior Director, Community Health& Business Development

Christine Chang began serving as Director of Health Support services in early 2010. In this role, she oversees a team committed to improving health outcomes in the community, through case management, health education, lay counseling, and social services.

Christine’s passion for urban community health began at Northwestern University, where she earned a B.S. in Human Development and Psychological Services from the School of Education and Social Policy. During her time there, she cultivated her interest in health policy through academics and internships. She then went on to graduate school at the University of Michigan to further pursue policy and administration, earning a Master of Health Services Administration from the School of Public Health.

Prior to joining LCHC, Christine was Manager of Strategic Planning at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois. In this role, she led her staff and a number of multi-disciplinary teams to provide analytics and project management support for strategic initiatives across the organization.

Christine currently lives near Humboldt Park with her husband, where they are members of River City Community Church. She enjoys adventurous cooking, traveling the world, and relaxing with family and friends.
