Julie Hill-Saffore - Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator
Since 1986, Julie Hill-Saffore has been serving the underserved in the North Lawndale Community. She believes that the gifts and talents God has given her should be use to show and share the love of Jesus Christ to all people.
Julie began her career at Lawndale Christian Health Center in 1992. She has held a variety of leadership roles within the company including Registration Supervisor, Operation Coordinator, Director of Medical Records, Director of Patient Accounting, Director of Patient Services and serves on the LCHC IS committee.
In July 2004, Julie assumed her current role, Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator. The responsibilities include functioning as JCAHO coordinator as well as working and training each department with Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives.
Family is very important to her. Julie and her husband, Darryl are very active members of Lawndale Community Church. Julie provides administrative assistance with the Prison Fellowship "Angel Tree" and Hope House ministries at LCC. She also serves on the Tape Ministry there.
