Kutu Baker - Senior Director, Human Resources

Kutu M. Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at Trinity Christian College and a Master of Human Resource Management at North Park University. In March 2009, Kutu came to LCHC and now serves as the Director of Human Resources. She believes that her calling is to lead her department in delivering high quality HR services to the staff of LCHC.

In her spare time, Kutu enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends. She sings in the choir and is involved in a couple's ministry at church. She and her husband, Patrick, are members of Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park, Illinois.
