Nicole Milano Leyva, MSW, LCSW - Maternal Child Health Program Supervisor

Nicole is currently employed at LCHC as a Maternal and Child Health Program Supervisor. She has worked at LCHC since 2001 and currently provides development, implementation and management of programs geared toward improving the health of pediatric patients.

Nicole obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago, Jane Addams College of Social Work with a concentration in Community, Administration and Policy. She received her clinical license in 2005. Nicole is also a certified lead risk assessor.

In Nicole’s spare time she is the Assistant Varsity Softball Coach at Resurrection High School, her alma mater. Nicole has twins and is married to LCHC’s “I.S. Guy”; they live in Berwyn, IL.
