Rick Ziegler - Director, Dental Clinic

Rick Ziegler began working as a dentist at LCHC in late 1984, and has served as Director of the Dental Clinic since 2001. In his current capacity, Rick spends about 80% of his time here doing clinical dentistry and 20% planning and managing the staff and facilities.

Rick graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1980, and completed dental school at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago in 1984.  He also worked for three years as an associate in an office in Riverside. In addition to his work at LCHC, Rick has had his own private practice for 17 years in Riverside, and now in Berwyn. He is involved with a Study Club of local dentists, and is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.

Rick is an elder in his church, where he and his wife are in a small group Bible Study. He is also on the Board of our local Little League, where he has handled the scheduling of umpires and also managed his son's team. Rick lives in Lombard with his wife of over 20 years, and has four children between the ages of 8 and 17.
