The clinic’s Health Support Services Department provides an array of public health interventions and disease management programs that extend beyond, but work in concert with primary care offered at Lawndale Christian Health Center. Patients and community members have access to a variety of programs in the areas of counseling, health education and prevention, disease management, nutrition and fitness.
