Service Line Provider: Dr. David Miller
Dr. Miller completed medical school at the Ross University in 1988. He is currently licensed as an allopathic physician in the state of Illinois, specializing in family medicine. He has worked at Lawndale Christian Health Center since 2000.

Supervisor: Sonji Miller
Sonji received a B.A. in Liberal Arts and a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management, both from DePaul University. She is a Fellow of the Center for Disease Control Institute for HIV Prevention Leadership. Sonji provides supervision and oversight to primary care, case management, testing and counseling and outreach activities related to HIV. Sonji also oversees LCHC's substance abuse services. Linda has been working in Chicago in the substance abuse field her entire career. With a solid understanding of substance abuse and addiction coupled with a heartfelt sense of compassion for the people she serves, Linda has been with LCHC since 2000.
