Senior Center Atrium

Located at 3745 W Ogden Ave, LCHC's brand new Senior Center is designed to help seniors thrive! The Senior Center offers services and activities that meet a range of needs — whether you want to drop by for fun and fitness or are seeking daily, nurse-supervised healthcare support, you will find what you need here.

Senior Day Services

Many aging adults face challenges with memory, mobility, and disease management. LCHC's Senior Day Services (SDS) is a certified ADS (Adult Day Services) program through the Illinois Department on Aging. Seniors who qualify for our SDS will enjoy a weekday program that will support them in continuing to live at home, and assist family members who care for an aging family member.

Senior Day Services offers:

  • Daily social and recreational activities
  • Nurse-supervised healthcare support
  • Dietician-planned meals
  • Fitness classes and outings designed for seniors
  • Transportation to and from home

The SDS serves medically stable seniors over 60 with personalized care to support independent living. It is offered at low or no cost to qualifying seniors who are U.S. Citizens or legal Illinois residents, and who have demonstrated financial need. A sliding scale fee is available for eligible participants without insurance.
